£18,000 - £22,000 per annum

GSS Recruitment is working with a global business based in the Knutsford area to source an Accounts Assistant for their growing team. The successful applicant will assist the Finance Manager with all finance functions.

The Role:

• Assist with the preparation of month accounts
• Dealing with customer and supplier invoices
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Management of purchase and sales ledger
• Cash allocation
• Assist with occasional credit control duties
• Assist with payroll

Your Experience:

• Currently working within an accounts department
• You will ideally be part-qualified/qualified AAT/equivalent
• You must have strong IT skills, particularly in the use of Excel and Sage
• Multi-currency experience would be beneficial but not a necessity

Management Accountant

Crewe

£27,000 - £37,000 per annum

The Role:

• Preparation of annual financial statements and monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Full P&L review
• Posting accruals and prepayments
• Management of the sales and purchase ledger team
• Manage the fixed assets register

Your Experience:

• At least 2 years experience as a Management Accountant
• Part qualified or fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA/equivalent
